Lift with Confidence...
RV
A 4-Week Saturday Workshop..
Starting your lifting journey can feel overwhelming! Which exercise to do first, how much weight to lift, and whether you’re even doing it correctly. That’s why this 4-week Satruday workshop is designed to take you from uncertainty to confident, independent lifting, using a simple, progressive structure.
Research shows that the best way to learn new skills is step by step: first master the basics, then gradually increase difficulty, combine movement efficiently, and refine performance.

Lift Workshop Strucuture....
Week 1: Learn (Foundation & Confidence)
Focus on core lifts: squats, hinges, pushes, pulls, and glute activation.
Emphasize correct form, breathing, and safe setup.
Keep weights manageable — the goal is mastery, not heavy lifting.
Goal: Build a strong foundation and feel confident moving in the gym.
Week 2: Overload (Strength & Progression)
Gradually increase weights or reps in upper and lower body lifts.
Introduce simple accessory movements to support main lifts.
Track your progress to see real improvements session by session.
Goal: Start feeling stronger and notice measurable performance gains.
Week 3: Integrate (Control & Coordination)
Begin combining upper and lower body movements for full-body workouts.
Focus on glute and core engagement, plus pulling mechanics (rows, pull-ups).
Start linking movements efficiently so workouts feel smooth and coordinated.
Goal: Improve control, body awareness, and overall movement efficiency.
Week 4: Optimize (Performance & Confidence)
Put all the lifts together into balanced, repeatable routines.
Refine your form and begin lifting independently.
Walk away knowing how to train safely and progressively on your own.
Goal: Leave confident, competent, and ready to continue your lifting journey with clarity and purpose.

The Science of Strength Training...
The benefits of lifting weights go far beyond just “looking toned.” Research shows that strength training is one of the most effective forms of exercise for both body and brain.
Here’s why:
Muscle & Fat Loss: Building lean muscle increases metabolism, meaning your body burns more calories even at rest. That makes lifting one of the best ways to lose body fat long term.
Bone Health: Resistance training strengthens bones and joints, helping to prevent injuries and reduce risk of osteoporosis.
Mental Clarity: Lifting has been shown to improve focus, memory, and mood thanks to the way it boosts brain function and regulates hormones.
Longevity: Strength training is consistently linked with healthier aging, higher energy levels, and better overall quality of life.
And here’s the good news: you don’t need to overcomplicate things. For beginners, even two well-structured full-body sessions a week can be enough to make progress, as long as you’re training with good technique and allowing your body time to recover.
In this workshop, we focus on doing the fundamentals really well, so you build a strong base that sets you up for long-term results, instead of chasing complicated exercises too early.
Why Now?
If you’ve been waiting for the “right time” to start training properly, this is it. The workshop gives you accountability, guidance, and a community to support you every step of the way.
This November, let’s build your strength, boost your confidence, and show you just how capable you are.
